Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
When you use PSEOScale, we process data on your behalf (e.g. project data, generated content, lead data). We act as a data processor where applicable; you remain the data controller. We process data only in accordance with your instructions and applicable law (including GDPR). We use subprocessors (hosting, payment, email) that are bound by appropriate safeguards. For a signed DPA or specific clauses, contact us via the footer.
Subprocessors
We use the following categories of subprocessors: infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Supabase), payment (Lemon Squeezy), authentication (Clerk), and email (Resend). Subprocessor list and locations are available on request.
