By using PSEOScale you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for your content, data, and how you use generated pages. You may not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content, or to violate third-party rights.
3. Plan limits & billing
Plan limits (projects, pages) are enforced as described on the pricing page. Billing is handled by our payment provider. Subscription terms (renewal, cancellation) are as stated at checkout.
4. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited license to use the service. You retain ownership of your content and data. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business.
